The manager has successfully improved the move-in process and condition of everything within the apartments!

I just moved to this apartment. The apartment is very modern and new. The location is very good, close to shopping centers, hospitals, banks and restaurants. It's very convenient to live here. The staff is very nice. I'm happy that I chose this place as my apartment.

This is the best building I've resided in since moving to LA in 2008. I love being able to walk to all the great surrounding restaurants and shops. I feel secure and "at home" living here. One of my best friends moved in to another unit because she liked it so much after visiting!

This apartment is secure and quiet, so comfortable! We have utilized the pool and fitness center after work and on the weekend. The manager and staff are kind to everyone; we love these apartments.

My experience living in the apartment building has only been positive. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everything always looks great and is clean. I feel a sense of security here that makes living comfortable and eases my mind when coming in late at night.

Maintenance tech is excellent, he is hard working! Excellent service! The office staff is amazing! I really appreciate their efforts and professional skills.

I want to take the time to write about the porter. She is a wonderful person and has been so much help to me since I have lived at Burton Way. She is always going out of her way to make sure I am happy. She makes the building so clean.

Renovated apartments, cleaning community, kind and helpful staff; good appearance and condition of community grounds, nice landscaping and common areas, convenient access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, schools, public transportation.

This apartment is safe and quiet, so comfortable to live in. In addition to that, because there is a pool and sports gym, we can utilize them after work or weekend. The manager and staff are so kind for everyone; we can have good time at this apartment.
